Acceptable use and content safety rules for Video Extend
Sep 17, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of Video Extend, including prompts, uploads, generated videos, account activity, and sharing or distribution of outputs. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Prohibited Sexual and Adult Content

You may not use Video Extend to create, upload, process, transform, request, or distribute:

  • NSFW, adult, pornographic, erotic, sexual, sexually suggestive, or sexually explicit content;
  • nudity, sexualized nudity, fetish content, sexual services, or content intended for sexual gratification;
  • any sexual content involving minors, sexualization of minors, or child sexual abuse material (CSAM); or
  • non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, sexual exploitation, coercion, or sexual violence.

Prohibited Deceptive or Harmful Content

You may not use Video Extend to create, upload, process, transform, request, or distribute:

  • deepfakes, face swaps, identity impersonation, or other deceptive face or identity manipulation;
  • content intended to mislead people about a real person's words, actions, identity, endorsement, or involvement;
  • graphic violence, threats, glorification of violence, self-harm encouragement, harassment, abuse, or hateful content;
  • fraud, scams, phishing, malware, evasion of security controls, or instructions that facilitate wrongdoing;
  • content that violates privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights; or
  • any illegal content or activity.

You must have all rights, permissions, and consents required for the prompts and source material you submit. Do not upload or generate content using another person's identity, likeness, voice, private information, copyrighted work, or trademark unless you are legally authorized to do so.

Platform Abuse

You may not attempt to bypass content moderation, access controls, usage limits, or security measures; reverse engineer or disrupt the service; use automated access in an abusive manner; or resell the service without written permission.

Moderation and Enforcement

We use automated content-safety screening and may use human review where appropriate. We may reject prompts, refuse generation, remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant records, and cooperate with lawful requests when we reasonably believe this policy has been violated. Attempts to evade moderation are themselves a violation.
